My boyfriend and I went to many different jewelers from the desert to San Diego. In the end it came down to customer service and their great selection of settings. I couldn't handle some of the pretentious jewelers we came into contact with. Joe and Brian from Ozel's never pushed us into anything and went above and beyond. I was very excited and called and went in to try on different rings all the time and they were so gracious, never knowing if we would by from them or not. In the end they custom made a ring for us and we have yet to pick it up, they have not charged us, called us they are being very patient. I will have the diamond checked because of what I have read but so far we have been more than happy with them.
