I have been going to Leonardo's for years upon years on and off. I have gotten a lot of cuts there and a couple of eye brow waxes. I just went today and got a great cut by Alison. She gave me so many helpful little tricks to style my hair. I have never really known what I want from my hair; I go into a salon hoping the stylist will tell me what would look good and why. I have gone there in the past with my timid request of ""just an inch off and straightened, please,"" and they have done just that, which I have always appreciated. Today I knew I wanted something new, but i had no idea what. Alison worked with my ideas and gave me further suggestions based on my face shape, hair temperment and fall. She was great. The other stylists I have had there were good too I just can't remember their names :-/ They take their time on each client.
I have also gotten a lot of nice thank yous and gifts from them in the mail.
I have always been able to make appts on short notice (ex. today just 45mins in advance).
My only bad experiences with them have been eye brow waxing.... and lip waxing. They just didn't do well, simple as that. And they have gotten a little expensive over the years, my used-to-be $27 haircut was about $45 today. If you want a great haircut, however, it's the perfect place.
Pros: Good advice, good cuts, available, meticulous
Cons: Bad waxing experiences, a little pricey
