I was having a hard time finding a battery that had enough amps and would physically fit in my car (besides the original Motorcraft that costs $110+install at a Ford dealership). Other mechanics were almost rude when I tried to explain the problem over the phone. These guys had a $70 battery that met my requirements. When I called, they actually measured it with a ruler to verify that it would fit. When I arrived, they installed it in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. I plan to go back with my next car problem.
