Review content:
Same story, the dozen or so times I have been in. This place has a fatntastic selection of new and used music and movies. If I need to find it, from the obscure to the popular, from gifts for mom to new selections for the work drive,it's all there. I load up with way more than I'd planned for - but I'm okay with it - and head to the counter, where the nightmare begins. i swear, i actually dread going up there. the staff are notoriously unattentive, standing by the register, helping no one, waxing intellectual to each other about music as though they were extras in High Fidelity (a notion they would scoff at, I'm sure). A week ago as we wandered from useless register to useless register, one woman finally addressed us. Not to as us to bring up our selections, but to bark at my wife and I to get to the end of the line that had formed behind us while we were waiting for someone to pay attention. I have never been so upset in a store that I should love. How the hell can I go back to that. It happens every time.
Pros: Best selection of real music in town
Cons: Staff is snobbish, rude and just plain nasty
