Recently visited this establishment with my wife and three teenage daughters. Was the first time I been there, had heard good things about the view and wanted to try it out..... Never again. Took nearly an hour to be seated, then took 30 minutes for my order to be taken. then an additional 30 minutes for our food to be served. My wife had ordered chicken, which was undercooked and raw in the middle which is a serious heath issue. I was served a drink which had something floating in it which looked like ""coffee grounds"", but nobody could say what it was. One of my daughters order never came at all!!!! I was baffled. Throughout the visit I had noticed a woman who was extremely intoxicated flirting with several men sitting at the bar. Well when I asked to speak with the manager I was told she wasnt available, then asked if the owner happened to be available and I was told she was.... She was the drunk woman at the bar grabbing /hanging on the men!!!! I couldnt beleive it... Worst service... worst food... this place needs a serious reality check if they think this is professionalism and how an establishment is to be operated...
