I booked Bo's Moving Company for a move this summer. The DAY OF the move they call me and tell me they can't move me, but their daughter owns a moving company too and she can. I didn't think this would be a problem. The guys came out and moved me and all was well until I realized the next day that they overcharged me by $50. I tried resolving the situation with J&J's moving company but got nowhere - run around every time I've called, and it's been about 2 months now. I decided to call Bo's back because they were the ones that flaked out and then referred me to a dishonest company. They aren't interested in helping either. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The sad thing is, the actual movers were great - nice guys who worked their tails off in the heat. Apparently it's the management that's shady. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Beaurea if they're members, but at this point I guess I'm just out $50 when I could really use it. Just beware if you decide to use either of these companies - I wouldn't recommend either to anyone.
