Yrs ago my daughter and I were both on a BOA credit card. I was authorized user. Fast forward to June 09, I filed Chapter 13 and listed them as a creditor. They filed a claim and I have been paying since. Two days ago they call my daughter saying they haven't received payments. Told us doesn't matter that I filed Bankruptcy as I was only an authorized user, so they could go afte rmy daughter. I said no they can't because they filed a claim. They said, so what, they haven't been paid since May 09. Not my fault. They continue to call my daughter even though they have my case # and attorneys #. That is not right.
