I have been a customer of Werner's Mastertek for 11 or 12 years now. I have always been pleased first of all with their honesty, and secondly, that they do a good job fixing things that need to be repaired. I feel confident that they don't try to sell me something that I don't need in terms of the work they do on the car.
I am also pretty confident that whatever work they are doing will be done well the first time. Sometimes it takes a little time to get the car back, but in terms of the work, I am pleased with what they do. If you take your car to Werner's, you can trust them to be honest and to do what your car needs, not something it doesn't. You can also rely on the fact that they are going to do a good job.
