I had a car that I had taken again and again to the dealer because it was under warranty. The dealer told me that I was a stupid girl and basically didn't know what I was talking about. When I took it to Werner's Mastertek, they took me seriously.
Mastertek told me that all the things that were wrong with my car that the dealer didn't catch meant the car was too broken to fix. They helped me find a good home for the old car, a technical college I could donate it to, and then they vetted out my new car to make sure it was a good thing to buy.
I would want to tell a potential customer of Mastertek that they listen to you to resolve your problem instead of presuming to know. I live on the entirely opposite side of Denver from Mastertek and am happy to make the drive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people.
