I have been utilizing this laundry facility for over 6 months now. My experiences have been satisfactory until June 20, 2008 when I came in at the facility at 7:55 in the evening. This is one of those few times wherein I have to do my laundry late. The policy of the place is to do the last load at 8:00 p.m. I made sure I got to the place before 8:00 p.m. I was confronted by the staff about coming in after 8:00 o'clock. I insisted that I came in at 7:55 and that I had come in many times before at this very same time and did not have problems. The staff continued to argue with me and was threatening. When I demanded to talk with the owner he became more irate to the point that I felt my safety was compromised. I called my husband to come or call the police in my behalf. My husband came and confronted the guy. The guy flat out lied to my husband about the circumstances that led to our argument. At this point it was fruitless and I decided to terminate the conversation. My husband finished the laundry for me. The matter did not have to escalate to the point it was. All he had to do was to reason with me or even ask me to leave at 9:00 p.m. He did not have to be rude and threatening and he definitely did not need to yell at me as if I am some kind of freeloader in his facility. I am a paying customer for crying out loud! Avoid this place especially at night. If you can find other laundry facilities in the area, you are best served going to these other facilities. That was very poor customer service and no way to treat a paying customer.
