Review content:
We had a good experience renting from Horizon Properties. We have rented a lot of places over the past few years, moving often for my work with the CHP. We fully expected a complete refund of our deposit and were surprised to be charged for light cleaning. After disputing the charge, Horizon reviewed the inspections and pictures with the owner of the property who then approved a refund. We found Horizon Properties to provide professional customer service and we really enjoyed the home, the area and the company itself.
