My wife and I have come back to Horizon Properties as second time renters. You should know that we are excited to be back as well. As long time renters we have seen many come and go but Horizon Properties is absolutely the most professional and caring management company I have ever been associated with. I cant imagine there is a place out there that does a better job of providing for both renters and tenants.
