It's funny, I have lived in three different Horizon Properties homes. I have been extremley pleased with them and their service. I read all of the comments below and find it funny that no one can take responsibility for their own actions anymore. Maybe you did screw up your carpet or left the place a mess! Again i have rented three homes thru them and have received all of my deposit back each time I have left. Maybe my family and I are cleaner than the rest. Not sure. I have also had great response from the lady in the maintenance department, she even called me back at two in the morning New years day when my heater sprung a leak. I am utterly shocked that people can talk so badly about another person. I am currently a tenant and plan to continue renting from them until my family and I are ready to buy!
