Horrible property management company. They seem somewhat legitimate but at the same time you get this feeling that something wrong is going on. If you have a question and know who you want to speak to, the receptionist will ask a million questions to try and keep you from talking to the person you need to speak to. At first this may seem like good customer service, but it's not. It's almost as if the receptionist has been trained to keep tenants from having problems solved. For example, if you call with a maintenance issue that needs to be resolved, after telling your life story to the receptionist you will always be forwarded to a voicemail and given some excuse as to why the person you need to talk to is not available. The person will never call back. After pestering the receptionist for about a week or so you may have some luck. Pros: Had a nice place to rent...only one on the site full of other bad properties. Cons: Almost everything. Thankfully I did not have to deal with them that often.
