This property manager is a rip-off.
Don't give them $300 up-front for renting your house and do NOT rely on them for renting.
They will use your listing to get interested tenant leads and then re-direct them to other properties.
Also, they will charge you money for their non-performance.
They have eaten my $300, kept my listing for three months and showed it to ONLY 3-people.
When asked about competitive market-analysis for rentals in our community, they found this job to be difficult and never responded.
Janet will NEVER return your phone-calls after they have your listing with them.
Avoid them...
Very poor Management company..
I am going to report them to BBB as well.
