I have used Horizon Properties as my management company since 2007 and they have simply been wonderful. I had a swift relocation with my job and I retained them to help me find a tenant. They did and then have managed my property ever since. If something needed to be fixed or if my tenant had a question, they promptly contacted me and took action. I have had a few repairs done through their recommendations and have been completely satisfied. I received monthly statements with detailed information and payment direct deposited each month once the tenant paid rent. I felt their fee is extremely reasonable and would strongly recommend them for any rental property needs. It's nice to know that your rental home is in professional management hands.
