I love telling people when I receive wonderful service. I highly recommend Horizon Properties. I admit after having an awful property manager for a few years - our expectations for service were quite low. But I have been beyond pleased working with the people at Horizon Properties. We have an unusual lease agreement and they took time and patience to work with me always with a cheerful and polite attitude which means so much to me. They provided me with outstanding service when I asked about a maintenance issue with a level of service above and beyond any of my expectations! They immediately sent an expert to check out an issue that I had complained about with the old property management company on several occasions. After years of working with a property manager who provided little to no service and a response time for any issue would be several months at best, I admit my husband and I were nervous to "have to deal with another property manager".
