Life can be very hard sometimes and it is the people you deal with who can either make it worse or in my case a lot better. At the beginning of the month, after paying all my bills, my purse was stolen. Picture ID, credit cards, check book and of course other personal items I will never get back. After getting nowhere with the sheriffs dept. and trying to cancel all my credit cards I was informed it was getting even worse when dealing with my Bank. I was in the middle of a horrible day, when I called Horizon Properties about my rent check. Not only did they help me resolve my problem, they made me feel better. I was very relieved that they worked with me so professionally and left me with renewed faith in man kind. So often in the course of a day you end up dealing with people who are rude and not helpful and are sometimes downright aggravating. Not in this case. They gave me outstanding customer service and helped me resolve my issues promptly and with a smile. I can say that they
