Wow, after reading the prior posting I'm shocked. Is this the same Horizon Properties (Sacramento)? Our experiences with Horizon Properties have been less than satisfactory. Our number # complaint with them is their failure to comunicate with property homeowners. It's been almost four months now and they have NEVER communicated any recommendations (e.g., lower asking rent, making home improvements/repairs, etc.) to us about finding a tenant in a timely manner. After being on the rental market for about two months, we (the homeowners) finally contacted Horizon Properties and requested that they lower the asking rent to (hopefully) generate more interest in our property. In addition to this, we were told by someone who wanted to rent our that it Horizon Properties almost two weeks to return their call, but by then they had already found another property to rent. You've been warned.
