Review content:
The operator cannot understand even basic directions such as wash and dry. Not good if you are running a cleaning business, but effective if you are trying to cheat people. They are trying to cheat people. They don't get your stuff clean, but they'll charge you lots of money. When you try to clarify with them, they will talk in circles, make stuff up, change their stories, etc. Complete Scam
