I am a local here and have been shopping at this Ace for some time now. I do believe i know what lady you are talking about and i would like to share my customer service experience.
Unknowingly i had been over charged a few dollars and i was about to drive away when she came running out to catch me before i left. I did not have time and thanked her for attempting to correct it. Well, a few days later i had returned to do a little more shopping. When i went to checkout she remembered me and she had saved the receipt and credited my card back the difference. I thought this was the best customer service experience i had ever had! You can not get that kind of service anywhere else. Every time i am in there she is talking with people and helping them find things in the store. The entire staff happens to be very informative and helpful. I highly recommend anyone else to shop there and check out the large selection of merchandise. You will not be disappointed. I say it is the best little hardware store in town and beats any other including the larger retailers.
I will always return back to this Ace because of the great customer service they always provide. So check it out for yourself. You will not be disapointed.
