I have been working out with Fitness Troops for over 8 weeks now and have seen a dramatic improvement in my body, my energy level, and my overall health!! The workouts we do get results and that is what anyone should be looking for in a boot camp!! It is a great positive atmosphere to be working out in! I couldn't recommend them enough!!
Pros: Workouts are outside!
