Review content:
I went into Creative Hands one day just to look around. I had never noticed it before driving through Bellevue on Fairfield Ave. It's in a cute, cottage like blue building with another business, Crone Cottage, which is also very different and eclectic. The first thing I noticed were the prices. They were incredibly reasonable. I saw so much I liked, I just had to leave before I spent entirely too much money. I went back about a week later, which was the first Friday in October 07, and it just so happened to be their grand re-opening in their new location at 605 Fairfield. I spent 3 hours there that night! They had a rockin band outside whose guitarist was their featured artist for that month. He had these amazing mosaics and paintings, and very affordable. I just had to write this review because it was such an experience. To be around artistic people and fine artwork, enjoying wine and conversation in a truly vibrant atmosphere (in Bellevue!) was, quite honestly, refreshing. The owners, 3 lovely women, are very accommodating and friendly, no pushy salesmanship. It was the most fun I have ever had at an art gallery, and I've been to a few! I highly recommend checking this gem out!
