Review content:
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Myself and 3 bridesmaids shopped for dresses there and while they had a nice selection and lovely brands, the saleswoman was rude, dismissive and borderline nasty. It was so disappointing because it was our first trip out together and we were treated like we were annoying the saleswoman by our very presence. Had my bridesmaids not all found dresses they loved, I would have happily walked out, never to return. When we asked the saleswoman what would happen if there should be an issue with alterations she replied, ""There won't be"" and that was all she had to say about the matter even though we repeatedly asked her about the policy. This was not particularly comforting. I rarely write reviews because I rarely feel strongly enough about venues, but this will be an experience that I will always remember as part of my wedding and I'd like to urge people to run, run as far as you can away from Juliet's Bridal.
