Review content:
I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned. They said I could pick it up the next day. I came the next day and they said it wasn't ready. I was a little annoyed, but then I returned the day after that only to find a HUGE burn mark on the side of my pants. The people behind the counter refused to acknowledge their mistake AND refused to let me take my clothes UNLESS I paid the full cost of cleaning. Pay for cleaning when they messed up my pants? When they should be PAYING for the pants? Ridiculous.
They are terrible communicators and they charge more than any other dry cleaners that I know of. They started yelling at me when I said I didn't want to pay. There are several better options in that area.
Do not use.
