GFI Management Services, Inc who Owns Westminster Square Apts in Marietta on Windy Hill Rd. is a poor excuse for manangement. I have been a resident for 3 months now & at first I had no issues when I called the office there (1st month) now that I have been there for 3 motnhs, its been like pylling teeth to have maintenance complete a work order. The NEW asst mngr tells us now "" They are very backed up & it could take a week or more for work orders' I asked were they planning to do something about the time frame & not having enough maintenance employees. She said the company does not have the funds to hire more people so please work with us...BS! How in the WORLD is the property receieving $800 a month from me & A LOT others (even more & they can't afford to hire more people? My issues are SAFETY issues...such as Leaks in the ceiling (about to cave in..(could result to a law suit) Tiles is loos & cracked in my Foyer (could result to a law suit if me or a member of my family or guest cuts themself) the bathroom does not have a drainer so all you see is a big whole (could result to a law suit if my toddler sticks her finger in it & cuts it) I mean really, I will never recommed or go to another property that is managed by GFI!
