Recently experience the newly opened Las Vegas location. Manager greeted us before ordering. We found a hair in the french fries which in my experience requires a manager to come back and console which didn't happen. The waitress apologized and per the manager was told to take the charge of the fries, $2.99, off the bill. Also didn't realize when you order grey poupon for my fries, I'd be charged 99 cents for it. Overall, In n Out burger would've been a better experience and for a lot less cost. I will definitely not go back.
