CUSTOMER FOR 8 PLUS YEARS, BOUGHT FRAME LESS GLASSES $400 PLUS REPAIRED MAY BE 5 TIMES NEVER RIGHT. WAS TOLD I DIDN'T WEAR THEM RIGHT. FINALLY REPLACED. AFTER 11 MONTHS OF FIGHTING AND INSULTS BY STAFF. NOW THEY ARE SCRATCHED AND THE WARRANTED AND SCRATCH RESISTANT TEFLON I PAID FOR IS NOT VALID BECAUSE THE NEW GLASSES REPLACED DEFECTIVE GLASSES. THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE IF YOUR HAPPY AS LONG AS THEY GET YOUR MONEY. (EVERY YEAR FOR 8 YEARS BOUGHT 2 PAIRS OF GLASSES FROM THIS PLACE AND THEY JUST DO NOT CARE VERY SAD.
