I went in to get my GRADO headphones fixed. That was back in March this year. After I haden't heard back from them I went back about 3 weeks ago to get the headphones back, assuming they were fixed. The sales lady had the lamest excuse that GRADO was ""difficult to contact""! Today I went back in and the guy mumbled something like they were still at GRADO. I thought I didn't hear properly, so I asked whether the phones were still at GRADO or whether they had them back. And if they had them, I wanted them back immediately. Of course they still had them, unfixed. I asked the purposely silly question whether they would need an invitation from GRADO for sending stuff in. He was sassy enough to say yes. I can't believe it!! From the other reviews with low crediting here, I can tell that they probably don't do service for things that weren't bought at their store at all! Further, I can't believe that GRADO has them as an official dealer of theirs. How does GRADO go together with such a bad dealer? Beats me. Never ever go there if you want something to be repaired. They simply won't do it! As someone else pointed out here, they seem to be more concerned about their looks and supercool behavior. I hope they go out of business. Voila! Pros: Nothing Cons: no service at all
