Review content:
Took day one off from work to get insulation blown. Lone Star Insulation crew never showed. Wasted my whole day. Day two they showed but with faulty equipment. I had to stand by the rest of the day while they tried to make it work. Not happening. Wasted two days of my time and they never bothered to call back and to make it right. Cody finally called after I called them back and got the answering machine. Too little too late. Not giving a third chance. The next company I hired ended up doing it for $250 less and 4 more inches blown. So apparently I was being overcharged as well as getting poor service.
Pros: Pro: Didn't pay in advance.
Cons: Con: The job never got done. Two days of my time wasted.
