Review content:
We would not recommend KDS to anyone. The design created for us was beautiful, but we had so many problems with the team. We went to the showroom and spoke at length with one man,made and appt for him to come to our house and another man showed up and announced he had been assigned to us. This man, TIM, was difficult to work with, dishonest and totally lacked accountability. Maybe they've gotten rid of him by now, but if you have to work with him, beware! When we went to the manager in total frustration, he did not step in as he should have, Too many problems and frustration. We ended up with a nice kitchen, but very expensive and extremely frustrating!
