We too, unfortunately, would not recommend KDS to anyone. The design created for us was beautiful as was the end result; however, the issues we had to endure with the team (mainly with TIM) was just way too much to handle during a major renovation. TIM, was difficult to work with, dishonest, lacked professionalism or any accountability. He screwed up and would not admit he screwed up. If you have to work with him, BEWARE, just as the other reviewer indicated. STEVE, the foreman, wasn't anything to write home about either. The subcontractors were wonderful to work with as was their work. If they get rid of TIM, and you could work directly with the subcontractors then you would have a winning stress free combination.
