Review content:
They have a great selection of products and the prices are higher than the big box alternative, but they are specialists and that makes sense. That's the good part. The bad part is that they were jerky about returns / replacements. We received a couple of gifts that we didn't need and went to return them and were treated badly by the owner. She argued about returns/replacements and was frankly not very nice. Her staff seems to tow the line on that as well. Yuk.
