Review content:
I applied for a job they had listed on the monster dot com website they list big jobs with no intention of actually hiring for them; they are teaser jobs. I was called in to ""interview"" for that particular job then once I got there they kept me busy doing testing (for skills: typing, MS Office, etc..) and didn't even mention the job that they had called me about. I feel that their unethical business practices are something people should be aware of. I'm trying to report them to labor boards and any other employment agency group that I can find. They pay miniscully, and really want to increase their database and ""rank/demographic"" of applicants in that database (Master's holders, Bachelor's holders, etc). If you want a good job and can't find one, temping is always a really good option. Many will eventually go to a Full-Time Employee Status, if that is what you want. One I would HIGHLY recommend, is The Bettinger Company in Kop, PA. Karen McTaggert is the absolute best!!
Pros: hmm, it was close to where I live and they had air-conditioning inside
Cons: I just felt it was a HUGE waste of time and I was called in for nothing more than to increase their database.
