Stay away from this company of thieving incompetent rude people. My pc became infected with a virus and I took it there for service. On the phone they promised we would have it back the next day if it was brought in by noon. A week later and $200 poorer, our pc was ready. After a few days it was unusable again because of a virus which was never removed properly. Again after almost another week and a second $200 I picked up the PC. Same thing, it was not working properly. Took it back and now they?re telling me it?s my fault and want another $200. They never get back to you when they promise. Promises are always broken and now every time I call Sharach hangs up on me. Stay away from these shysters.
