I was treated very nicely at the counter by Jeremy. But, after paying $100 some dollars for a diagnosis, I was not given a writen estimate, he just wrote the quantity on another receipt. Even worse, Brandon Honda offered to do the same job diagnosed for $100 dollars less. My impression of getting a good value for car service here is going away.
