We ordered an inflatable boxing ring for a 13th Birthday party... Bouncin Bins was late to arrive but that wasn't the biggest problem. Once they started to inflate the thing we began to notice how extremely dirty the thing was it looked as though it had never been cleaned, EVER! We continued to let him inflate it and thought well maybe we can clean it ourselves but it was beyond that, you could see the black grime all over this thing, dirt, leaves and ugh it was disgusting... not to mention it smelled like dog poo... so we told the guy just take it back deflate the thing and get it out of there before guest arrived, of course he grumbled and complained that he brought it all the way there and was a bit hesitant on the refund of the money but we did get our money back. Though the party was missing its main attraction. Its a bummer to plan something so far in advance and then the day of it's ruined by bad business. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know, their website looks enticing and professional but Bouncin Bins is disgusting and gross they should be required to disinfect and clean their inflatables.
