I have been dealing with the owner of this shop, Kevin for a month now. Staff is unreliable, I was lied to multiple times about when my car would be ready, never called when It was not, and they did a horible job. Drips, parts not in correctly, a turn signal that does not work, opposite light not buffed out, water collecting behind the brand new light due to the negligence of employees not wiring up the turn signal, and two days after I finally pick it up and we agree upon the things to be corrected, the bottom protective plastic/mudflaps come off and get stuck in my wheel ON THE HIGHWAY with my 2 year old daughter in the car with me. Accident waiting to happen. I got brushed off yet again for the errors HIS shop made, and disrespected, yelled at in front of his entire staff because he was embarrased I wanted my money back...they are untrustworthy, unreliable, ignorant and rude. Do not go to them unless you plan on ultimately getting ripped off, though they may quote you what seems a great price....you get what you pay for I guess. 1 month and 1,300 dollars later and I am now filing a complaint with the BBB and taking him to court. DO NOT USE THEM unless you don't care about your repairs and your own safety. I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!
