I started bringing my husbands dress clothes in to be cleaned and within a few weeks 3 of my husbands shirts were gone. Mr. Kahleed the owner of this location as well as Spivey Cleaners told me for 3 weeks that we would find the shirts or pay for them.....I was ""very patient"" (those were his words) and waited on him to do the right thing. By the 4th week I had enough. My husband and I went in to see him and he said that if we went and got new shirts and brought him the proof or purchase he would pay us the amount we agreed the shirts were worth. We provided him the proof the next day.... a week later he cut a check for only half the amount we agreed on. We would not take a half payment. This happened over 3 months ago and to this day he has not done anything to fix this situation. Even after the BBB(better business...)contacted him! Please make sure this does not happen to you......go somewhere else!
