Review content:
It is with great pleasure that I write this review. As a consumer, I have choices. A few months ago, I made an appointment with Dr. Agarwal's office for April 3. I called his office on Mon, Mar 31 to reschedule the appointment. The receptionist stated that the next available appointment was April 30 since Dr. Agarwal would be out of town. Needing to be seen sooner than April 30, I told her I would try to rearrange my schedule and would call back. She stated ""ok"" and for me to call back as soon as I could. I called the office on Wed, Mar 2 and was advised that cancelling or rescheduling an appointment requires a 48 hour notice and that I would be billed $75. Baffled why I wasn't told this on my initial call, she stated it was the office policy to bill customers for cancelling
Pros: location maybe
Cons: ""Danika,"" inconsistency amongst the administrative staff
