Review content:
Today when I received an email from Dr. Tarun ""T-Bone"" Agarwal's office stating that I was ""...overdue for your preventive dental and oral health examination,"" I was amused. Amused because the previous day, ""T-Bone"" wouldn't speak to me. The cowardly lion hid behind his receptionist. As a business owner, I understand that ""T-Bone"" has to cover for his staff when they make mistakes. I called well-in-advance of my appointment and was not reminded of their 48 hour cancellation policypenalty. Their policypenalty is not detailed on their email reminders. However, his office become very policy heavy when the customer does not meet their 48 hour criteria. As a courtesy and after the receptionist advised that I was welcome to take my dollars elsewhere, I advised them of my initial review...all based in truth. Ironically, ""T-Bone's"" office isn't courteous enough to REMIND its customers of the penalties they will incur if they do not adhere to the policies that have been created. A simple reminder is all that was needed and would have been appreciated. It's obvious for some, ""The Almighty Dollar"" is paramount to patient retention.
