It is ashame one customer choses to keep writing bad reviews of Dr. Agurwal. I have used him for many year, including a very complicated procedure (replacing all my metal filliings with white ones). This took numerous visits. After that, he became my ongoing dentist. I have always found him to be very respectful and hard working. It is easy to make an appointment and he will even slip you in at the last minute during emergencies. He even gave me his cell phone once because in case my dental concern acted up while he was on vacation. His cancelation policies are explained thoroughly at the initial visit and are more than reasonable. He is, in fact, the only dentist I have ever recommended to friends and colleagues. I couldn't be happier with my care.
