Review content:
On 5/8, I ate at Joe's Restaurant in Morrow, all by my lonesome, alone!! I arrived and immediately placed by order and drink. About 30 minutes later (after watching the news reel and sports on two TVs), my waitress came back and told me that the cook had somehow ""split"" my order and only cooked half portion of my grilled Mahi fish. She placed the plate on the table and said that the cook would be cooking the other half and she would bring it out as soon as it was done. I begin to eat what I had, fish rice and veggies--the rice was undercooked, I bit into small tiny hard rocks! (That's what it felt like in my mouth!) and the vegetables were overcooked. I told the waitress--she asked me if I wanted to get a to go plate with the other portion of my fish. I told her no, I was done. I asked her to inform the Manager of my plight. The Manager thought she was doing me a favor by offering 50% off my bill! I paid the bill, but I was not happy. It may have been an off day, but I will not be visiting Joe's in Morrow for a long time. The manangement and the cooks may change. It may sound like I am exaagerating, but I never complain about this sort of thing, and this is my first time writing about it.
Pros: Parking
Cons: Management, cook
