Review content:
Property owners should definitely avoid this mis-management company unless you are desperate. Unfortunately I have been dealing with them for about ten years because of the Hawaii law that requires a manager to be local where the property is located. I finally moved to Hawaii from the mainland so I will be dumping this outfit as soon as the current rental lease expires and managing my property myself. WHY? Very poor communication. They frequently fail to return emails and phone calls. Some of the items furnished with the property disappeared over time. No accountability. Their favorite line: we will check into that and get back to you (but they never do). Don't believe anything on their web site about how they manage property better.
