I have been going to ""my"" stylist for sometime now..and I love her obviously, great personality, great skills. Olga is wonderful as well! I have to wonder though, how much of the business is lost due to the attitudes of the young girls that answer the phones and book who have no idea what it takes to market or sell the business, appointments. I wont mention any names, but we will say ""M**** a"" and ""T**a"" are the worst! I write this is hopes Olga has a little chat with the two, they certainly have no idea what it takes to market or sell the business. If I didnt know the place and based me making an appointment without knowing my hair dresser and Olga... The call would have ended with a ""WONT BE COMING IN...CLICK!"" An ounce of courtesy goes a very long way... and never let anyone think you dont care or are to busy!
Pros: My hair stylist is WONDERFUL!
Cons: Rude, immature girls working phones and front desk
