When I entered this store I was immediately welcomed by a smiling Jessica and my name was added to the waiting list. There were two stylists on duty at the time... an appropriate number for 4:30PM on a week night (there were no other customers waiting at the time). Each of them was assisting a customer and I was told there could be a 15 minute wait. Ten minutes later I was sitting in Jessica's chair and receiving an excellent cut. My stylist was very warm and friendly. Our conversation was extremely pleasant as we realized that we grew up in the same general area and attended the same high school. Within 10- 15 minutes, I was paying a very reasonable charge and was provided with a card inviting me to return in the future. Overall, I was very impressed with the timeliness of my visit, the quality of my cut and most of all with the genuineness of my stylist.
