My radiator busted and they were only a mile away. Still had to wait over an hour to have them tow it to my house so I could fix it. Instead of lowering my truck off the flatbed with the winch, the driver launched it down the bed and slammed on the brakes, bursting a brake line. The dispatcher said she couldn't do anything and the owners failed to return phone calls. An already overpriced tow became much more expensive. Gave up trying to get hold of an owner in hopes their bad business catches up with them.
