T. Nelson Sales is by far the worst to deal with when it comes to parts or any kind of equipment, I have been dealing with them for years and over the past few they have treated me like crap, the owner and his wife have no clue to what is going on and the people that work there including the owner are just plain rude. I just had some parts ordered and now a week later they are still not there and when I called I was told that the order was not placed until yesterday and there will be NO REFUNDS, WTF, now I have to wait how long? I can?t see how they are still in business, but I will say I won?t be dealing with them anymore.
