The review below here is most likely Stephanie or Matt. First off those two are real pieces of work. They do not return calls they have parties in the parking lot where Matt gets drunk and becomes belligerent. Matt also attempts to intimidate people to avoid doing his job. It took 4-5 months to get some of my security deposit back. I had to contact a lawyer and the BBB. Okay the apartment was absolutley dirty upon moving in. Doors wouldn't close electrical wires were live and hanging out of the wall. The range in the tiny kitchen was covered in grease inside and out. There were no light bulbs any where not even the fridge. There was no covers on any of the radiators. The sink would fill up and take over an hour to drain. Maintenance was useless and it took over a month to only get some things fixed. I had no power in my apartment for 2 days because Stephanie and Matt would not answer or return my calls. The ceiling hidden under the drop ceiling was rotten and had beams exposed. All the electrical was out dated and the electrician that fixed the power when it had went out told me how dangerous it was and advised me to be careful. The whole apartment was on 2 breakers and none of the outlets were grounded. They would plow the parking lot against the back of my car and never shoveled the stairs or walk way to my apartment. They rent to scum because the management Stephanie and Matt are scum their selves. They allow their kids to run around unsupervised and are very unprofessional. Olivia M's post is very true to what you will experience at Fayetteville Pines. I chose to ignore all the negative reviews I read and there are a lot of them and are worth looking for because they are all true. This is the worst place to live and I have lived on the south side of Syracuse.
