Review content:
They cleaned- but the ruined a group of very expensive rugs. In the end they refused to give them back to me, telling me they were lost(?) - and that my INS co was responsible. In the end NYS told me my ins co was not responsible and Gene's Cleaning Service was. All I wanted was the money for the rugs so I would not have bare floors! They would not return phone calls or tell me who they were insured with - they should have filed a claim. Now forced to sue them. Advice- tape record all conversations, get thier ins info and be careful.
